Thank you for choosing SparkSure Cleaning. By booking a service with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following payment terms:

Payment Authorization

By providing your payment information, you authorize SparkSure Cleaning to securely store your payment method and process charges related to your scheduled cleaning services in accordance with these terms.

Authorization Hold

To help ensure a smooth appointment, SparkSure Cleaning may place a temporary authorization hold on your card a day before your scheduled cleaning.

An authorization hold:

• Is not an actual charge.
• Verifies that your payment method is valid.
• Confirms that sufficient available funds are available to cover your scheduled service.
• May appear as a pending transaction depending on your financial institution.
• Will either be captured as payment for your service or released by your bank if not used.

The length of time an authorization hold remains pending is determined by your card issuer or financial institution and is outside of SparkSure Cleaning’s control.

Payment Processing

Payment will be processed on day of cleaning using the payment method provided for the total amount of the scheduled service, including any approved additional services, applicable taxes, fees, or adjustments.

If the authorization hold cannot be completed due to insufficient funds, an expired card, or another payment issue, SparkSure Cleaning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment until a valid payment method is provided.

Additional Services

If additional cleaning services are requested during the appointment that increase the final price, you authorize SparkSure Cleaning to charge the updated total after your approval.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined after service has been completed, you agree to provide an alternative payment method promptly. SparkSure Cleaning reserves the right to charge any outstanding balance owed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to SparkSure Cleaning’s Cancellation Policy. Any applicable cancellation or late cancellation fees may be charged to the payment method on file.

Agreement

By scheduling and confirming your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Payment Terms & Conditions and authorize SparkSure Cleaning to process payments as described above.
